i love my solar fountain
This is the only solar fountain that really works! I have had a couple others and either the panel just didnt' work or the fountain itself required constant cleaning or something just didn't work. This fountain is so cute, when it gets into the sunshine (I don't anchor it) it sprays a jet of water into the air exactly as it is supposed to - very cute and very cheerful!

This was for my parents who are on solar power. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before it wasn't working at all, even though it didn't do anything by sit there in the sun. I couldn't recommend this one.

DOES NOT LAST LONG AT ALL!!!!!!!!
CONSUMERS, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SORRY PRODUCT! I PURCHASED IT LAST YEAR (SPRING) AND STORED IT FOR THE WINTER FROM OCT TIL APRIL. YET STILL BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT IS POORLY MADE IT IS NOT OPERATING THAT WELL THIS SUMMER. THIS SOLAR FOUNTAIN IS SUPPOSE TO BE MADE TO WORK IN A FOUNTAIN OR SMALL POND, BUT UNLESS YOU KEEP THE FOUNTAIN/POND FREE OF ALGAE AND OTHER DEBRIS THIS PRODUCT WILL SLOWLY STOP WORKING PROPERLY. SINCE IT IS MADE FOR THE OUTDOORS ELEMENTS IT SHOULD BE ABLE TO WITHSTAND ALL TYPES OF WATER CONDITIONS. YES, I DID CLEAN IT REGULARLY. PLEASE NOTE, IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND THESE SOLAR FOUNTAINS FOR LESS THAN $35 AND THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY IS NOTHING TO SNEEZE AT. THEREFORE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE THIS SOLAR FOUNTAIN UNLESS THEY DONT MIND THAT IT WILL NOT LAST NO MORE THAN 2 SUMMER SEASONS.
