Built-in photo cell prevents daytime operation so it's fully charged and ready to go when darkness falls. The infrared detector senses motion up to 75' away (can be adjusted from 3' to 75') and turns the lights on automatically. The light turns off automatically 1 1/2 minutes after the motion stops. Automatic temperature control reduces false triggering. Detector head and lamps can be adjusted horizontally and vertically. Solar panel measures 6 1/4 x 1/2 x 6 1/2" and the kit weighs 5 1/2 lbs.
